I have recently learned 2 ways to meditate to help clear your mind, practice mindfulness and feel positive from the experience of meditation.
The easy way:
Be aware of your breathing for 2 minutes and pay attention to the process of your breathing.
The easier way:
Sit for 2 minutes and just be. No agendas – from doing to being.
The easier way has been great for me. In fact, it transition to the easy way – paying attention to my breathing really does help me recenter and regroup my thoughts and feelings.
