To hate or not to hate

Remember when someone expressed hate towards you, with or without justified reason, and it’s hurtful? You feel you don’t deserve the hatred because you don’t deserve to be made to feel bad and low about who you are, what you do… hatred does that. It comes with the intention to hurt you or someone else. And most times hurt leaves a deeper impact than positive feelings would. Because it’s personal.

So each time you begin to resent, and your heart turned to hate, stop yourself. And remember how hate made you feel – it hurts. Don’t live to hurt others. Live to love and to learn to accept people are just people. No one knows better what truly is.
